MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is in search of a dedicated Traveling Respiratory Care Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
The primary function of the Respiratory Care Specialist is to assess, treat, and manage patients with respiratory or other cardiopulmonary conditions. Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering respiratory care in accordance with physician directives and established protocols.
  • Contributing to the formulation and/or execution of patient care strategies.
  • Ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local regulations and accepted professional standards.
  • Maintaining effective communication with management, colleagues, facility personnel, patients, and their families.
  • Providing education to patients and caregivers regarding therapy objectives and methodologies.
  • Accurately documenting and updating patient records.

Qualifications:
Applicants must possess a Respiratory Therapist credential from the NBRC and hold a valid CPR certification. A minimum of eighteen months of experience in respiratory care, preferably in a critical care environment, is highly desirable.
