Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (estimated)

Job Type: Part-time Faculty Position

About the Job:

The Commonwealth of Virginia is seeking a highly qualified Adjunct Faculty member to teach economics courses at our Radford campus. As an Adjunct Faculty member, you will play a critical role in supplementing our faculty and providing high-quality education to our students.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach undergraduate economics courses in your area of specialization
  • Develop and implement engaging course materials and assessments
  • Evaluate student learning and provide constructive feedback

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Economics or a related field with 18 hours of coursework in economics
  • Significant experience in teaching economics courses

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PhD in Economics or a related field
  • Experience with curriculum development and assessment
