Role Overview: Under the guidance of the Staffing and Client Service Managers, Home Care Aides deliver essential services to seniors in their residences. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Assisting clients with transportation for errands or medical appointments
  • Supporting mobility through transfers and exercise
  • Preparing meals, accommodating special dietary needs
  • Performing light housekeeping tasks including laundry and dishwashing
  • Offering medication reminders
  • Delivering companionship and emotional support

Flexible Scheduling Options: We offer a variety of shifts including part-time, full-time, 12-hour shifts, short shifts, weekends, and live-in arrangements. Services are available seven days a week.

Note: Your availability and flexibility can enhance your opportunities for work.

Compensation Details: The pay range is $19-21 per hour. This range is indicative and may vary based on individual experience, client requirements, and other relevant factors. Additional benefits and non-monetary compensation may also be available.

Service Areas: We operate in the South Bay and Santa Clara regions.
