Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized support and guidance to ensure a seamless charging experience.
- Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date on all Rivian products and services, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
- Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies, promoting Rivian's brand and products to customers and prospects.
