Key Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Technician at KH Properties, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing daily repairs and property upkeep, including basic plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
  • Maintaining supplies, equipment, and personal tools.
  • Reporting any unusual circumstances regarding the property or residents.
  • Assisting with make-ready processes, including preparing vacant units for occupancy and conducting punch list walk-throughs with the Property Manager before tenant move-ins.

You will also be required to maintain cleanliness of work areas, tools, and equipment, and operate within company safety policies and OSHA standards.
