About the Position:
SURGICAL HOSPITAL OF OKLAHOMA LLC is seeking a highly experienced Healthcare Information Manager to oversee our medical records department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and complete patient medical records. Your expertise in regulatory requirements and standards related to medical record management is vital in ensuring compliance and quality care.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management or a related field, RHIA certification, and at least 3 years of experience in medical record management. Strong knowledge of electronic health record systems and ability to analyze and interpret patient data is essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain patient medical records
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers

Requirements:

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management or a related field, RHIA certification, and at least 3 years of experience in medical record management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and proficiency in electronic health record systems are also necessary.

Average salary for this position is estimated at $75,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
