About the Job

Tropical Express Delivery is a dynamic and growing Amazon Delivery Service Partner seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver Associate to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering packages to Amazon customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver packages to customers in a safe and timely manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Operate a new, safe, and comfortable cargo van, utilizing the latest technology to locate and deliver packages.
  • Work independently, with minimal supervision, to manage daily delivery routes and ensure efficient package delivery.
  • Interact positively and professionally with customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve delivery goals and objectives, providing support and assistance as needed.
  • Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring the vehicle is in good working condition and adhering to safety standards.
  • Meet or exceed daily delivery targets, consistently delivering 200+ packages per day in under 10 hours.

Tropical Express Delivery offers a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, with opportunities for growth and development. As a Delivery Driver Associate, you will work a 10-hour shift, with flexibility to adjust your schedule as needed to meet business demands.

Requirements
  • 21 years of age or older.
  • Possess a valid driver's license, with no prior suspensions or accidents.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and move boxes up to 50 pounds each.
  • Prior professional driving experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact positively and professionally with customers.
