Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and reduce medical errors
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and address quality and safety concerns
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of patient care and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and benchmarks to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide education and training to staff on quality improvement principles and best practices
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse license in the State of Florida
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in pediatric nursing, with a focus on quality improvement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
