Position Overview:

This role is essential in supporting the Customer Service team at TalentBurst. The coordinator will manage order processing tasks for business clients, including order entry, maintenance, logistics coordination, inventory assessment, and pricing adjustments. The position serves as the primary contact for customer interactions, ensuring effective conflict resolution and maintaining comprehensive records of customer profiles. The coordinator will also prepare status reports and act as a vital link between the customer and the business. Proactively identifies supply chain issues to mitigate customer impact while adhering to established procedures and timelines.

Key Skills and Experience Required:

Exceptional attention to detail, with a proven ability to foster relationships across various departments. Capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Independently gathers information using established protocols to troubleshoot, make informed decisions, and prioritize effectively. Strong negotiation skills to resolve issues across different functions. Proficient in Excel with a track record of completing tasks accurately and professionally, demonstrating excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

Preferred Skills and Experience:
Familiarity with PeopleSoft 8.0 supply chain processes (order entry, billing, shipping) or similar systems, experience in customer interactions and logistics coordination. A positive mindset, collaborative spirit, and a passion for process improvement are highly valued.

Essential Soft Skills:
Team-oriented, effective communication abilities, patience, composure under pressure, attentiveness, and a positive demeanor. Reliability and punctuality are crucial. Preference will be given to candidates with at least one year of customer service experience and strong Microsoft Excel capabilities.
