We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at Grifols, a global healthcare company dedicated to improving the health and well-being of people around the world.

As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our plasma-derived medicines. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in determining the suitability of donors
  • Establishing rapport with donors to ensure overall customer happiness while maintaining donor confidentiality
  • Responding to and assisting with handling donor reactions
  • Monitoring donor and equipment to ensure the health of donors and quality of product
  • Setting up, disconnecting, and operating automated plasmapheresis machines
  • Disconnecting and disposing of contaminated disposable equipment

Requirements:

  • Superior customer service standards
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule

  • Obtaining required state licensures or certifications where applicable
