We are seeking a highly skilled Cytopathology Pathologist to join our team at NorthShore University HealthSystem. As a key member of our Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, you will play a critical role in providing diagnostic services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in Cytopathology and general Surgical Pathology sign-out covering most organ systems.
- Teach residents, medical students, and fellows in the field of Cytopathology and Surgical Pathology.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new diagnostic techniques and protocols.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Certification by the American Board of Pathology in Anatomic Pathology and Cytopathology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
