Job Summary

This position is responsible for supporting systems, processes, operations, and reporting used on the recruiting team. The successful candidate will be proactive in driving system and process integrity across the Recruiting Center. The main function of this position is to ensure data integrity and job posting compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead data integrity initiatives on various reports and scrub information in recruitment-related systems
  • Research vendors to assist in recruiting and/or enhancing employer brand
  • Manage and liaison between certain recruitment vendors
  • Follow-up via email with potential candidates who express interest in jobs
  • Manage audits related to recruiting data while ensuring all entry is done in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assist in driving process improvement and efficiency opportunities where applicable
  • Provide surveys to management, track progress, and communicate results
  • Research and coordination of job fairs and programs to help achieve company hiring and branding goals
  • Participate in weekly recruitment and team meetings
  • Assist in onboarding through the daily uploading of files
  • Create content for internal websites and display boards to communicate office-related information
  • Manage internship postings
  • Set up candidate searches on job boards and distribute to team
  • Post jobs, track, and keep current on various boards for the Recruiting Center
  • Support the Recruiting Center with hands-on troubleshooting of systems
  • Miscellaneous projects focused on recruiting systems and processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years working in a professional office environment
  • Microsoft Office Skills including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Overall computer support skills
  • Ability to manage and work with large, confidential data sets
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in corporate recruiting or at a recruiting agency is a plus
  • Previous exposure to project-related activities through active participation in system-related projects is a plus
