Outpatient Psychologist Opportunity

Foundation Health Partners is seeking a highly skilled Outpatient Psychologist to join our team at the Behavioral Health Clinic in Fairbanks, Alaska. As an Outpatient Psychologist, you will play a vital role in providing individual psychotherapy, screening new patient referrals, maintaining waitlists, and contributing to the clinical support that defines our commitment to excellence in the Fairbanks community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual psychotherapy to patients with a range of behavioral health conditions
  • Screen new patient referrals and maintain waitlists
  • Contribute to the clinical support team to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
What We Offer:
  • Competitive base salary starting at $137,690, with increases based on experience
  • $40,000 sign-on bonus
  • M-F outpatient clinic schedule, with no nights or weekends
