About the Position
Supplemental Health Care, a leading provider of staffing solutions for healthcare professionals, is seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Juneau, Alaska. As a key member of our school centers of excellence, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional care and support to students in need.
Compensation
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $38-$41 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement savings program.
Job Description
As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing, screening, evaluating, and developing individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with communication disorders. Your expertise will help create a positive learning environment, promote student growth and development, and ensure that students receive the necessary support to succeed academically and socially.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must have a Master's degree in education or equivalent experience with a bachelor's degree, along with an Alaska SLP License and American Heart Association BLS certification. ASHA certification and prior school experience are preferred but not required.
