Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with patients and significant others in a caring and respectful manner
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure continuity and quality of care
  • Collect and monitor patient data, reporting patient needs as directed
  • Document care consistent with documentation guidelines
  • Engage in process and quality improvement activities
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Successful completion of a competency-based orientation program
  • 1 year of relevant experience working in a physician practice or healthcare setting
  • Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent
Work Environment
