Compensation Package
We offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated annual salary of $85,000-$105,000, depending on experience. Our clinicians enjoy top-of-the-market pay structures with unlimited income potential, progressive benefit plans, mileage reimbursement, opportunities for career growth, additional pay incentives, and flexible schedules. Plus, you'll be part of a dynamic team that reflects our commitment to caring for 16,000 partners.
Job Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of RN experience, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and liability insurance for home visits. You'll also need current, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice and CPR certification. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred, as well as acute care experience with adult or aging populations and home health and/or skilled nursing experience.
