Great Lakes Petroleum is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Driver/Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering bulk lubricant products to customers in compliance with state and federal regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities- Delivery and Logistics: Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver bulk lubricant products to customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Warehouse Operations: Load and unload trucks with incoming and outgoing orders, maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring proper handling and storage of products.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, communicating customer needs and inquiries to the appropriate department for follow-up.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts and other company vehicles and equipment as trained and instructed.
- Inventory Management: Participate in monthly and annual physical inventories, maintaining accurate records and ensuring the physical appearance of the warehouse is safe and orderly.
- Commercial Driving Experience: Must have a Class A or Class B CDL with a clean driving record and tanker endorsement.
- Physical and Medical Requirements: Must meet and maintain DOT and FMCSA physical and medical requirements.
- Background Checks: Subject to quarterly random drug screens per FMCSA/DOT regulations.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service demeanor and prior commercial driving and warehouse experience is preferred.
