Job Summary

Michaels Stores is seeking a highly skilled Replenishment Manager to lead and support inventory management and merchandising standards and maintenance. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for planning and providing a well-merchandised and in-stock store for our customers to shop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
  • Manage and support the truck processes and lead the teams to ensure standards are met, achieving KPIs and managing team KPIs.
  • Execute and support the planogram process (POGs) to standard.
  • Manage and execute shrink and safety programs.
  • Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
  • Maintain seasonal sets and feature space to visual merchandising standards.
  • Assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching, observing, and training of new team members, supporting Talent Development activities, and participating in Performance Management activities.
  • Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner, remaining positive and respectful even in difficult situations.
  • Acknowledge customers, help locate products, and provide solutions.
  • Assist with Omni-channel processes.
  • Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
Requirements
  • Retail merchandising and customer service experience preferred.
Work Environment
  • Public retail store setting, taking care of our customers, with all public areas climate-controlled.
  • Some stock rooms may not be climate-controlled, and some outdoor work may be assigned.
  • Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press.
