About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at Phoenix Ventures as a Project Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales strategy and supporting us in achieving our revenue and company goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Customer Project Management: Manage diverse customer projects, including proposal development, contract negotiations, and order follow-up to ensure successful project closure.
  • Cooperation Partner Selection: Identify and select suitable local cooperation partners to support our logistics planning and customer service.
  • Account Management: Maintain and develop our private and commercial customer portfolio through consistent communication and relationship-building.
  • Project Data Management: Record and maintain project data in SAP, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for all project participants.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales strategy development and implementation.
  • Excellent project management and customer relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar project management software.
