Description

AW Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver/CNA to join our team at Gambrill Gardens, an independent living community in Ellisville, MO. As a Caregiver/CNA, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our clients by providing personalized care and support in the comfort of their own homes.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal hygiene, including bathing, skin care, and oral hygiene, and educate clients and their families on meeting these needs.
  • Provide physical assistance with transfers, positioning, and ambulation as outlined in the client care plan.
  • Assist clients with prescribed non-skilled exercises and provide guidance on proper technique.
  • Change bed linens as needed and maintain a safe and clutter-free environment.
  • Prepare light meals and snacks during visits, if time permits.
  • Assist with cleaning and maintaining supplies and equipment.
  • Administer non-prescription topical ointments and lotions as directed by clients.


Work Environment:

Caregivers work in client homes and apartments located within the independent living community grounds.
