About the Role
HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join its established team at HCA Florida Fawcett Hospital in Port Charlotte, FL.

Opportunity Highlights
- The staffing model includes 4 General Anesthesiologists, 3 Cardiac Anesthesiologists, and 16 CRNAs covering 10 ORs plus Cath Lab, IR, and Endo, averaging 8000 cases annually.
- Diverse case mix including Cardiac, Ortho, General Surgery, Endo, Neuro, Spine, Vascular, Robotics, with no Peds, OB, or Trauma cases.
- CRNAs practice autonomously, performing blocks, managing lines, and airway management with demonstrated proficiency.
- The current schedule features 4, 10-hour shifts, beeper call for additional compensation, 1 weekend beeper shift every 1.5 months, and true emergent cases always have a physician on site.
Incentive/Benefits Package
- An outstanding compensation package includes a tiered base salary, $20K Geographic stipend, $15K cardiac proficient stipend, up to $75K Start Date Bonus, relocation assistance, 8 weeks of Time Away From Practice with no waiting period, premium pay rate for extra shifts, full benefits, and 100% paid professional liability insurance.
- The company offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, Long-term/short-term disability, Life insurance, and FSA, as well as a 401(k) Company match starting at 3% and increasing with years of service.
