About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinician to join our dynamic team at GPAC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in providing psychotherapy and care coordination services to diverse populations across all age groups.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Coordinate care with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions, adapting to the unique needs of each client.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify potential risks and issues, informing care decisions.
  • Demonstrate expertise in crisis intervention and compassionate care, prioritizing client well-being.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, utilizing computer systems for documentation and analysis.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited program.
