Pallet Builder Job Description

Hourly Pay: $18.00/hr. Piece Rate after training period.

Shift(s): 1st Shift: Mon - Fri, 7:30 am - 3:30 pm Location: Glenville, NY

About the Role

The Pallet Builder/Repair is responsible for building and repairing wooden pallets by hand using a nail gun.

We are seeking a skilled craftsman to join our team at 48forty Solutions and Relogistics Services. As a Pallet Builder/Repair, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing wooden pallets, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality.

  • Must be able to lift wooden pallets weighing approximately 50 lbs on a regular basis.
  • Must be comfortable working in a labor-intensive environment, sometimes under extreme weather conditions.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Candidates with previous lumber, warehouse, construction, carpentry, landscaping, or roofing experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Requires quick hands, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work well as part of a team.
