The Gardens at Stevens is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality care to our residents. As a CNA, you will be responsible for performing various resident care activities and services necessary to ensure the personal needs and comfort of our nursing home residents.
Responsibilities:- Provide nursing care in accordance with Resident Care Policies and Procedures.
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, hygiene, and grooming, in accordance with the established Care Plan.
- Ensure that all residents are out of bed according to the established Care Plan.
- Interact with residents, family members, co-workers, and clinical and ancillary staff in a non-judgmental, supportive, and calm manner.
- Additional duties as assigned to follow the Care Plan.
- A graduate of an accredited high school or GED is preferred.
- Must possess an active Certified Nursing Assistant Certification; having successfully completed a State approved training program and necessary examination.
- Must provide documentation of certification upon application for the position.
The Gardens at Stevens is a long-term care facility located in Stevens, PA. We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment, with a focus on enriching the lives of our patients every day.
Benefits:- Competitive pay rate: $18.50/Hour
- Sign On Bonus: $3,000 (conditions apply)
