Skilled Handyman

Nandail Property Management is seeking a skilled handyman to join our team. As a representative of our company, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional services to our clients and customers in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs in commercial and residential buildings
• Ensure mechanical equipment is in working order and fixed as necessary
• Complete general building cleaning and maintenance
• Install and replace floors, stairs, and piping as needed
• Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs, and other parts of the building
• Maintain trash and recycling receptacles around the facility
• Maintain and repair air conditioning and heating systems as required

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible schedule
• Mechanical aptitude
• Contractor or journeyman license is a plus
