Job Title: Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining IAM solutions, including identity provisioning, access control, certification, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement IAM solutions using SailPoint
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical identity and access management related issues
  • Design and develop IAM workflows, policies, and procedures to ensure secure and efficient access management
  • Automate user provisioning and deprovisioning processes to enhance efficiency
  • Define and deploy access control policies, including role-based access control (RBAC), least privilege principle, and segregation of duties (SoD)
  • Support periodic access reviews and audits to maintain compliance
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
  • Five+ years IT experience
  • At least two years of experience in Identity and Access Management
  • Four years of experience with one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#
  • Experience with Windows, Linux/Unix, scripting (Bash, PowerShell, or Perl), LDAP, SQL, and web services
  • Troubleshooting and application enhancement experience for Java/.NET applications
  • Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts
