Job Summary:We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Nurse RN or LPN to join our team. As a Nurse RN or LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to promote long-term recovery.
Responsibilities:- Perform initial nursing assessments for clients within 24 hours of admission in accordance with established program policies and state regulations.
- Arrange appropriate appointments with Health Care Providers to secure complete physical examinations, as well as required additional health screenings and supplemental tests.
- Administer medications, supervise self-administered medications, and maintain accurate records of medical supplies.
- Counsel clients on nutrition, health care, self-care, symptom management, and ensure proper storage of supplies.
- Assist in the facilitation of special events, implement health seminars, and participate in treatment/multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Implement and assure adherence to infection control policies and practices, provide education for clients, and maintain LPN license with good standing.
Required to work weekends at least once a month, including one off shift per week, and may be required to work shifts outside of assigned shifts during critical staffing shortages.
