At BioLife Plasma Services, we are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care through the development of novel specialty pharmaceuticals and best in class patient support programs.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Donor Screener and Phlebotomist to join our team. As a key member of our plasma donation center, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our donors.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong commitment to customer service. In this role, you will:
- Screen new and repeat donors to ensure their safety and eligibility for donation
- Perform phlebotomy procedures to collect plasma from donors
- Collect and record donor vital signs and finger stick results
- Maintain accurate records and coordinate donor compensation
You will also have opportunities to identify operational improvements and implement changes using company-approved procedures.
We offer a competitive hourly wage of $16.00 and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and more.
