As a Client Service Professional/Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing a personalized and friendly experience. You will be responsible for answering phones, greeting clients, and matching them with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.

You will also be responsible for scheduling clients, ensuring all client needs are met during service, and maintaining office cleanliness and organization.

We are looking for someone with experience working in a fast-paced environment, previous experience in a customer service environment, and strong organizational and time-management skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
* Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
* Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
* Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually
* Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members

**Requirements:**

* Experience working in a fast-paced environment
* Previous experience in a customer service environment
* Ability to multi-task
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office
