Job Title: IT Professional

Job Summary:
Advantedge is seeking a highly skilled IT Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying IT business goals, objectives, and requirements, as well as monitoring IT performance and delivery indicators. They will contribute to planning, budgeting, design, implementation, operation, and maintenance of IT landscapes, and support customization and specifications of modules and applications. The IT Professional will also facilitate IT management processes, advise business accountable management on IT-related issues, and implement IT programs and procedures. Additionally, they will coordinate relevant unit and integration tests, design and document new processes, communicate with vendors and service providers, and drive principle IT change projects on-site or in the region. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT trends and technologies, and will be able to keep abreast of developments in the industry. They will typically report to an IT Manager or Team Leader. Key Responsibilities:
• Adopt existing concepts, methodologies, and best practices to create and open up new ways of approaching and fulfilling specific internal and external client requests or project requirements. • Integrate analysis, development, testing, and implementation to deliver functional objectives. • Interpret and functionally influence policy and guidelines in their area of business/technology, and develop processes and systems to deliver functional objectives. • Provide functional advice and guidance to colleagues and customers. • Plan own work according to targets agreed, within a quarterly up to an annual cycle, by integrating resources in a project-driven environment. Requirements:
• 8-10 years of experience in a related field. • Deep professional know-how and experience in one Sub Job Family. • Masters domain.
