- Ensure accurate inventory of medications, monitoring for potential side effects and ensuring proper distribution.
- Develop and implement preventative measures to promote resident comfort, safety, and well-being.
- Respond promptly to alarms, ensuring timely interventions to prevent potential harm.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide high-quality end-of-life care, ensuring residents and families receive compassionate and dignified support.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) certification.
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of work location or compact multi-state license.
