Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team at Quest Diagnostics. As a Medical Laboratory Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of laboratory test results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine laboratory tests under the direction of senior laboratory personnel.
  • Conduct quality control analysis to ensure accuracy of clinical data and proper instrument function.
  • Maintain laboratory areas and equipment in a safe, functional, and sanitary condition.
  • Review and enter test results into the Laboratory Information System for standardized reporting.
  • Collaborate with senior laboratory personnel to resolve any issues or concerns related to test procedures.
Requirements
  • Associates degree in a related field.
  • Previous experience as a Technologist under 42 CFR published in March 14, 1990.
  • Preferred experience of one to three years in clinical laboratory settings.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Laboratory Information Systems.
