We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service and Delivery Specialist to join our team at Performance Automotive Network. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer experiences through prompt and professional delivery of service vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly and professionally pick up and deliver service vehicles to customers
- Deliver new and used vehicles to customers for test drives
- Sanitize each vehicle upon entry and exit to maintain a high level of cleanliness
- Accurately answer customer questions and provide information as needed
- Communicate with the service advisor to ensure timely completion of services
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn company software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
