Your responsibilities will include designing roadway and transportation-related projects, attending client meetings, and participating in proposals/presentations. You will also manage project tasks, meet with regulatory agencies, and effectively communicate with the design team. To succeed in this role, you must have at least five to fifteen years of experience in highway, interchange, and roadway design. A licensed PE with MaineDOT and/or NHDOT Standards for Design knowledge is required. Furthermore, you should be proficient in MicroStation V8i, Bentley InRoads, and AutoCAD Civil 3D. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role. Additionally, you should be able to work independently and manage small design groups and projects. The estimated salary for this position is $100,000-$150,000 per year, depending on your experience.
