We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Baker to join our team at Nothing Bundt Cakes. As an Assistant Baker, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality cakes are consistently produced for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Follow proprietary recipes and production methods with precision to achieve productivity goals.
- Effectively utilize commercial-grade mixers and ovens, and other tools to bake cakes.
- Assist the Baker with accurately preparing raw ingredients and equipment for baking.
- Monitor the baking process and assist with daily baking and production flow.
- Adhere to proper packaging, labeling, and storage of baked cakes, as well as product rotation standards.
- Clean, sanitize, and restock the workstation, and assist the Baker to ensure all baking supplies are prepared for the next shift.
- Comply with all health and safety guidelines and company policies and procedures.
