- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment.
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification required within 30 days of employment.
- Associate Degree or Registered Nurse Diploma required.
- Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Colorado required.
