Crop Protection Field Development Professional

About the JobWe are seeking an intern to join our Field Development team in the Southern region, supporting our efforts to develop and implement crop protection solutions.
As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real projects, and develop valuable skills and knowledge.
You will gain a thorough understanding of Syngenta's crop protection product development process and support Field Development activities, including trial implementation, maintenance, and data capture.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting Crop Protection Field Development activities
- Identifying personal development opportunities
- Learning processes and skills utilized to develop products and technologies
- Developing an understanding of Crop Protection Field Development's role in sales, marketing, and agronomy
- Managing a project under the guidance of Crop Protection Field Development scientist(s)
- Developing and delivering a summary presentation of internship experience to stakeholders
- Participating in monthly performance discussions with manager to enable continuous growth and improvement
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Enrollment in an Associate's, Bachelor's, or advanced degree program in Agriculture, Biological Science, or a closely related field of study
- Fluent in English
- A valid driver's license and acceptable moving violations record
