Project Manager with Security Clearance

The company, Three Saints Bay, LLC, is seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to support its Expeditionary and Maritime Systems in Panama City, FL. The ideal candidate will have a Secret Clearance and at least nine years of experience managing DoD or similar IT contracts.
The Program Manager will be responsible for scheduling technology insertion, technology refresh, life cycle sustainment activities, and systems integration activities, including maintenance of an Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Additionally, they will update the Program Plan by working with projects, Task Leaders (TLs), and supporting organizations to maintain a detailed master plan consisting of schedules, work packages, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), milestones, and time-phased costs for each work package. This requires using Primavera's Project Management software for earned value management.
The selected candidate will collect budget and expense data to support EVM analysis, including actual labor and non-labor commitments, obligations, and expenses from NERP. They will also prepare briefing material synthesizing report content for program reviews and other events. Furthermore, they will maintain multiple project types within the NERP systems, including Direct projects, Overhead projects, and Service Cost Center projects, while executing NERP reports for each.
The successful applicant will possess nine years of program management experience supporting DoD or similar IT contracts, with expertise in developing, maintaining, and executing program schedules; reviewing program documents and program reviews. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) certification are required. With this background, the individual will contribute to the team-oriented working environment and collaborate with dedicated industry professionals.
