Speech Language Pathologist Opportunity

At Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services, we are committed to providing a supportive and challenging environment for our patients and staff.

We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work closely with patients and their families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with speech and language disorders
  • Work collaboratively with the rehabilitation team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Therapy program
  • Licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working
  • 3 C's certification
  • Previous rehab SNF experience preferred
