Job Description

As a Senior Civil Engineer/Project Manager at GEI Consultants, you will play a key role in supporting our growing civil engineering practice across various sectors, including energy, environmental, transportation, and buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide program and project-level management and technical direction for planning, design, and construction of large civil engineering projects.
  • Develop business opportunities and help grow the civil engineering practice by leveraging relationships and knowledge of clients, programs, and infrastructure.
  • Maintain high visibility in the marketplace through regular client contact, participation in professional organizations, and attendance at industry events.
  • Recruit, mentor, and train staff in the civil engineering discipline and related fields.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 12+ years of experience in civil engineering, with 5+ years in a senior/project management role.
  • B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with an M.S. preferred.
  • Professional Engineering license required.
  • Experience managing staff using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and BIM software.
