Position Overview:

Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Product Marketing, your primary responsibility will be to design and implement multi-channel marketing initiatives aimed at attracting new students and fostering engagement among current students, thereby supporting the organization’s online educational institutions.

Your collaboration will extend across various teams, including social media, creative, demand generation, product development, enrollment, and external partners, ensuring a cohesive approach to marketing.

By effectively communicating our offerings to prospective families, you will contribute significantly to Stride's overarching enrollment objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

The Marketing Campaign Coordinator will focus on the planning, execution, and support of marketing initiatives that align with Stride's primary business of managing numerous online educational institutions.

This role involves:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that encompass positioning, messaging, and market entry tactics.
  • Overseeing digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, online events, social media outreach, email marketing, and search engine marketing, with an emphasis on customer acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborating with external agencies to design and implement localized, regional, and national marketing efforts.
  • Creating go-to-market strategies in partnership with Marketing Communications, Demand Generation, and Enrollment Operations.
  • Working alongside internal creative and development teams to produce engaging emails, landing pages, lead capture forms, and performance reports.
  • Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to generate compelling product content that clearly articulates the unique value of our offerings to target audiences.
  • Engaging with school leadership and product teams to integrate product features and competitive advantages into marketing strategies.
  • Conducting market research to identify customer needs and trends, utilizing insights to refine marketing approaches.
  • Monitoring key marketing metrics such as website traffic and conversion rates to assess campaign effectiveness and inform data-driven improvements.
  • Implementing A/B testing to enhance product presentation for target demographics.
  • Building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to facilitate effective communication.
  • Assisting in the launch of new products by developing comprehensive launch plans and coordinating cross-functional efforts.
  • Staying informed on the latest trends in online K-12 education and digital marketing to continuously enhance marketing strategies.

This position does not entail formal supervisory responsibilities but may offer opportunities to mentor interns.


Qualifications:

Minimum requirements include:

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, particularly in product marketing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in setting and achieving measurable marketing objectives.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for work-related events.
