Job Requirements

  • Candidate must have a master's degree in mental health counseling, social work, or marriage & family therapy.
  • Candidate must have an active Florida Intern license or in the process of getting one.
  • Work experience in an outpatient setting is preferred.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive psychological assessments, diagnoses, and therapeutic interventions for patients with a variety of mental health conditions.
  • Offer diverse modalities of psychotherapy and counseling services to cater to individual patient needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Provide psychoeducation to patients and their families about mental health conditions and therapeutic strategies to promote understanding and empowerment.
  • Document services rendered in compliance with company policies and procedures to maintain accurate records.
  • Stay current with advancements in psychotherapy and counseling through ongoing education and professional development to provide the best possible care.

Compensation and Benefits

  • $35 per billable hour.
  • Group malpractice insurance to provide peace of mind and financial protection.

Work Schedule and Flexibility

  • As an Independent Contractor, you will have the flexibility to determine your working hours.
  • Offices are open Monday-Thursday for in-person and telehealth appointments.
  • Availability to work via telemedicine Friday-Sunday.
  • Option to work 50% telemedicine from the beginning of employment.
