Key Responsibilities of Our Technicians
- Conduct visual inspections and apply treatments for mosquito control.
- Clearly communicate service expectations and procedures to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Take initiative and responsibility for resolving any issues that arise. Maintain chemical application records in accordance with state regulations.
- Engage in team meetings and discussions.
- Complete licensing and ongoing training requirements.
Basic understanding of pest management and relevant certification (training for certification is provided).
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Able to navigate customer properties while carrying equipment exceeding 60lbs for extended periods in warm conditions.
- Comfortable driving to various customer locations.
- Exhibit confidence and professionalism.
- Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills.
- Pay attention to detail.
- Be reliable and dependable.
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
- Desire to promote the Mosquito Joe service effectively.
Compensation: $18.00 per hour

Being part of our franchise means you will be treated with respect and integrity, ensuring a workplace atmosphere that values honesty and enjoyment while delivering high-quality service to our clients.
