Job Summary:
Baptist Health is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst, Associate to join our team. This is a remote position that requires residency in KY or IN.

As a Cybersecurity Analyst, Associate, you will play a critical role in the Baptist Health Information Security team, working under moderate supervision. Your responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and managing key security solutions, incident response, proactive threat hunting, and cyber risk mitigation.

You will collaborate with IT teams to provide security oversight, guidance, and create security baseline standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for security operations functions such as creating and executing cyber incident and emergency response processes and vulnerability management.

A person in this position is expected to have a moderate level of knowledge of key cyber security domains and a moderate understanding of regulatory compliance requirements related to the healthcare environment.

Minimum Education, Experience, Training and Licensures Required:
High School/GED; bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or other related area of study preferred


Two years' experience utilizing security tools such as CrowdStrike Falcon, Splunk, Nexpose, CyberArk, Ordr, Fidelis, Cisco Umbrella, Duo, and Cloudflare.

Firewall management, IT, IoT, IoMT vulnerability and asset management.

Enterprise server, endpoint, identity management, mail or other system administration experience.
