Your primary responsibility will be to provide direct support and care to our clients, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Support individuals in achieving their developmental goals, including budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
  • Encourage participation in community activities and provide transportation as needed.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized support plans.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals, promoting a sense of belonging and well-being.

Requirements:

  • No high school diploma required.
  • No experience required.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance required for day and evening shifts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Patience, compassion, reliability, and responsibility.
