About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned nursing professional to fill the position of Clinical Nursing Supervisor at Next Move Healthcare. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing patient care operations, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure effective problem-solving and decision-making.
- Communicate with departmental leadership to address any issues that may compromise patient care.
- Maintain a safe, efficient, and effective patient care environment.
- Support staff development through education, informatics, quality, and patient safety initiatives.
Qualifications:
- A strong background in patient care management with experience in clinical nursing supervision.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse nursing team.
- Proficiency in healthcare informatics, patient safety practices, and staff educational development.
