About the Role

Dexian is seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Specialist to join our Commercial Investment Banking team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations supporting our Foreign Exchange teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Callback and SSI infrastructure, including knowledge of system hierarchies and inter-relationships.
  • Provide exceptional service to internal partners and clients, ensuring compliance with global funds transfer policy and regulatory rules.
  • Maintain a high level of awareness around potential issues and resolve exceptions promptly.
  • Create and maintain Foreign Exchange instructions for multiple teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Investment Banking (Capital Markets).
  • Strong understanding of Financial Markets and Securities industry.
  • Experience/Knowledge of Account Reference Data, Client Onboarding, and Foreign Exchange.
  • Excellent client focus and customer care working practices.
