Bon Secours Mercy Health is committed to delivering high-quality patient care and fostering a culture of excellence. Our RN Residency Program is designed to support the growth and development of new graduate nurses, providing a comprehensive and structured learning experience.
Program Highlights- Rolling Enrollment: New graduate nurses can begin the program within 30-45 days of hire.
- Specialty Clinical Practice Tracks: Hands-on skills practice to enhance application of didactic content.
- Condensed Program: Complete the program in 6-8 months.
Candidates should apply for this program if they fall into one of the following categories:
- Recent graduate from an accredited nursing program who has successfully completed all requirements to obtain a nursing license.
- RN student enrolled in the final semester of an accredited nursing program with a set graduation date.
