Responsibilities
  • Provide pharmaceutical care to patients in a variety of healthcare settings
  • Develop and implement individualized medication plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in medication therapy management and disease state management
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest pharmaceutical trends and research
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience as a Pharmacist
  • Current licensure as a Pharmacist in the United States
  • ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, CHEMO, EFM, and other certifications as required by the facility
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Work Environment

As a Travel Pharmacist, you will have the opportunity to work in various healthcare settings, including acute care hospitals. You will be required to work a block schedule, with weekends every other week. You will also be required to float between units and work with a variety of healthcare professionals.
