Job Summary

Exclusive Nursing Staff Inc is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Brooklyn, NY. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare facility.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care for patients under the direction of physicians and registered nurses.
  • Assist physicians with examinations and treatments.
  • Obtain and record vital signs of patients throughout interactions.
  • Participate in diagnostic tests and clinical procedures.
  • Maintain comprehensive medical records of patient interactions.
  • Ensure equipment is sterilized and maintain a clean working environment.
  • Educate patients on health management concepts using evidence-based guidelines.
  • Comply with state requirements and facility policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • LPN License and Registration.
  • Social Security Card.
  • Proof of citizenship or work permit.
  • Current BLS and CPR certificate.
  • Proof of Covid-19 Vaccine.
